Apartment Martina is a bright and comfortable holiday home for up to four guests, located on the second floor. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a cozy lounge that opens onto an east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. A utility room with a washing machine adds extra convenience.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. All bed linen, towels, and beach or pool towels are provided.

There is air conditioning in the living room, fans and heating in all rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a TV with English and international channels including Netflix. An iron, ironing board, hairdryer, beach chairs, and parasol are also available. Free on-street parking is located just outside.

Ideally situated, the apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. 

The beach and promenade are only 650 meters away, and a 24-hour corner shop is nearby. Torrevieja’s main shopping street, supermarkets, and the bus station with regular services to Alicante Airport are all close by. Alicante Airport is about 40 km away, a 40-minute drive.
